Sargent & Associates Loss Management Services, Inc. specializes in assisting employers in various areas of Risk Management. We work with a variety of employers to provide an integrated disability management service program for workers’ compensation, STD, LTD and FMLA issues. In addition we offer medical surveillance program management, training and education programs, wellness initiatives and preferred provider development. Our client base has been employers throughout the country that inevitably have corporate offices in New England.

Our staff includes certified case managers, risk managers, claims litigation specialists, utilization review nurses, vocational rehabilitation counselors, an ergonomic evaluation specialist, marketing and administrative support. We have been approved as an Occupational Educational Vocational Rehabilitation Provider and are a Massachusetts certified Utilization Review provider. We are one of the few Qualified Loss Management Program (QLMP) vendors in the state of Massachusetts.
