Sargent & Associates provides various services to assist companies to develop strategies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. Some of the services include:
Development of a medical surveillance program adhering to any required OSHA regulations
Assist with the development of a safety committee
Attend safety committee meetings and participate as needed as an active member
Provide educational and training programs
Sargent and Associates also has the ability to conduct a Safety Analysis by a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). This analysis will consist of:
An onsite observation of your facility
Interviewing key employees and supervisors
Reviewing existing safety plans and procedures
Providing advice on procedural changes
Proposing recommended organization goals and strategies for prevention and safety
