QLMP
Sargent & Associates is an approved Qualified Loss Management Program (QLMP) vendor. The QLMP was first approved by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance in November of 1990 and is regulated by the Workers' Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau (WCRIB). Its objective is to provide a mechanism for employers in the assigned risk pool to contract with approved QLMP providers allowing them to receive a premium credit on their workers' compensation policy.
