Ms. Brown has over sixteen years experience in claims management roles. She is a former Claims Manager with a national insurance carrier responsible for the start up, staffing and development of a 23-person claims department servicing approximately 28 million dollars of business. She has worked for third party administrators and large carriers as an outside adjuster managing large caseloads for a variety of publicly and privately held companies, large hospital organizations and municipalities. She has joined Sargent & Associates to deliver claims management services to new and existing customers.
