Ms. Carr has over eleven years experience in telephonic and field case management in the areas of workers' compensation, LTD and STD claims. In addition, she has five years experience as a Utilization Review Nurse. In 2008, she began providing services to municipalities for their Accident and Disability Retirement cases by reviewing files for medical treatment rendered. Prior to joining Sargent & Associates in 1998, she worked over ten years as a nurse in a surgical unit and an emergency room. She also has worked in the elderly community and assisted in operating many state-funded programs as the Group Adult Foster Case program, HHA, homemakers and other community services.
