Ms. Harding-Paone has been a registered nurse for over twenty-five years. She has experience in a medical/surgical unit specializing in ophthalmology. She has extensive knowledge in telephonic case management both in an HMO setting and workers' compensation department. She developed the original Diabetic Program for the US Healthcare's Northeast Division providing her with management and product development skils. She worked as the manager for the Case Management and Social Services Department of a major North Shore hospital and received the award for excellence for the "Delay Day Log". Most recently she has worked as a visiting nurse and on private duty nursing assignments.
