Ms. Lohnes began her career in the workers' compensation insurance industry in 1990. Since that time she has served as Auditor, Adjuster and Account Manager. Most recently she was a Claims Representative for CCMSI.
Work Experience:
As Claims Representative, Ms. Lohnes was responsible for administration of workers' compensation claims for self-insured clients. She acted as primary contact for the self-insured client. It required her to aid in the investigation and evaluation of all lost time claims, make recommendations on issues as they arose through the life of the claim.This position required constant communication with clients, employees, medical providers and attorneys to ensure the claims were handled efficiently and economically.
